This photo taken last summer shows a host of trees leading into the Freeman Prairie Arboretum — an appropriate picture given that today is Arbor Day. Three new trees will be planed in Freeman this afternoon when representatives with the city of Freeman/Tree City USA put in a trio of Greenspire Lindens just north of the tennis courts at the Freeman Swimming Pool Park.
