Students at Freeman Public, Marion and Freeman Academy are voting today on their choice for a mascot for the new three-school football cooperative that will take the field for the first time this fall. The six choices were finalized by a task force made up of administrators and board members from all three schools and based on suggestions from the students. The winning mascot will be announced Monday night and will require approval from all three school boards.
