PHOTO OF THE DAY: COLD BLOWS THE WIND
Monday dawned as yet another breezy day across the area, and while the sun was shining, it was cold. Temperatures were below freezing for much of the morning but are expected to slowly climb into the 40s this afternoon and are expected to reach the 60s — and even the 70s — later this week, although sustained winds are also in the forecast.
