The homecoming royalty candidates at Freeman High School had their photo taken at the start of a new school week Tuesday morning. They are, from left: Evan Scharberg, Shad Tschetter, Blake Stahl, Riley Knittel, Ava Andersen and Kaytlin Pankratz. Homecoming week will begin Monday, Sept. 11 with coronation with activities and spirit days continuing throughout the week. A 1 p.m. parade and 7 p.m. football game against Howard on Friday, Sept. 15 will be highlights.

Next week is homecoming in Menno, as well. Watch for more on that Wednesday.
