PHOTO OF THE DAY: SIGN DOESN’T SAY

The street sign at the corner of Wipf and Fifth streets was vacant Wednesday morning in advance of new signs being installed throughout the city of Freeman. The project is part of a countywide effort taking place in area communities using federal funding and new DOT safety standards.
