Ashlin Jacobsen and Cami Fransen, two of the four seniors on this year’s volleyball team at Freeman Public, walk off the court following the Flyers’ loss to Scotland in the Region 4B Tournament Tuesday night, Oct. 31. At No. 3, the Flyers were the higher seed and hosted the No. 6 Highlanders, but Scotland secured the upset by outlasting Freeman 3-2 to advance to the final round on Thursday.

Menno saw its season come to an end, as well, with a 3-1 loss to Centerville on Tuesday.

And Freeman Academy/Marion played its final match of the season on Monday, falling to Irene-Wakonda 3-0.
