PHOTO OF THE DAY: READY FOR THE SHOW

Freeman Academy students Jessica Paschal and Arianne Fink act out a scene in “Robin Hood The Musical” during the Thursday afternoon dress rehearsal of the comedy in two acts. Paschal plays the animated and enthusiastic wife of the sheriff and Fink plays the part of Solome, her quirky daughter; both are part of the royal community of Nottingham which finds itself in conflict with Robin Hood and his gang of followers lurking in Sherwood Forest.

“Robin Hood The Musical” opens on the Pioneer Hall stage tonight. Tickets are available at the door starting at 7 p.m., with the curtain scheduled for 7:3o p.m. The musical will be presented a second night on Saturday, Nov. 11, same time and place.
