MENNO RAISES $2,767 FOR KOBEE SHERMAN

It was a whiteout night for Kobee Sherman in Menno on Tuesday, Feb. 13 as the Wolves community honored the Viborg-Hurley senior and his family with a tribute and cash donation in the amount of $2,767. Sherman has been battling bone cancer since shortly after the State B Boys Basketball Tournament last March; the funds raised in Menno came through the sale of T-shirts and other donations.

The nod to Sherman came during a home doubleheader against Viborg-Hurley; the girls lost 55-33 and dropped to 1-18 while the boys fell 75-29 and stand at 1-17.
