This breaks down the three wards in the city of Freeman and is being posted to help registered voters know if they are eligible to vote in the April 9 election for Freeman City Council. While all residents are eligible to vote for mayor, only those living in Ward 1 and Ward 3 may vote in the race between Charles Gering and Erin Lachman (Ward 1) and Terry Jacobsen and Shelly Wanninger (Ward 3).
