TRAPPERS TOP GORILLAS; PHONEIX FALL TO TROJANS

Scotland/Menno won and Freeman/Marion/Freeman Academy lost on the opening night of the 2024 South Dakota high school football season Friday, Aug. 23.

The Trappers beat Gregory on the road 36-18 while the Phoenix lost to Parkston in Freeman 42-14.
