The Freeman Academy soccer team huddles early Tuesday evening to celebrate a 6-0 win over West Central in the quarterfinal round of the SDHSAA Class A soccer postseason. The No. 3 Bobcats scored three goals in the first half and another three in the second while playing shutout soccer; other than a 15 minutes stretch to end the first half, said head coach Nathan Epp, his team played outstanding defense.

The Bobcats will move on to the semifinals on Saturday, presumably against No. 2 James Valley Christian in Huron. The Vikings were scheduled to host No. 7 St. Thomas More, also on Tuesday.
