PHOTO OF THE DAY: READY FOR ACTION
The Freeman High School stand ready to take the court against Bridgewater-Emery in one of three games they played — and won — last week. The Freeman High School girls play — and won — all three of their games, as well, and both teams return to action tonight.
The Flyers travel to Parker for a doubleheader, with the girls JV starting at 4 p.m. followed by the boys JV, girls varsity and boys varsity.
The FHS boys are 6-2 and received votes in this week’s South Dakota Prep Media Basketball Poll. The FHS girls are 7-1.
Other action tonight (Jan. 14) includes a Freeman Academy/Marion doubleheader at Avon and a Scotland/Menno home doubleheader against Centerville in Menno.
